Luckyglass Services standard pricing is as follows. For window cleaning we charge $2 per window pane. One window pane is considered 4 sq ft and under. Windows surrounded by a frame are considered one pane. If the window pane is over 4 sq ft or is difficult to to get to and takes more time its considered more than one window pane. For gutter cleaning service Luckyglass Services charges the following, $1.00-$2.00 per ft depending on difficulty. For pressure washing Luckyglass Services charges $.25-$.45 for standard pressure washing. Basic Chimney cleaning and inspection is $150-$185 for one flue. These are the standard prices for services we provide but may change in rare cases depending on the situation.
